Covid-19 Update

The COVID-19 pandemic has created a crisis for all of us. But for the those who are incarcerated, the crisis threatens to become even greater. The health and safety of those incarcerated is in great jeopardy, because social distancing in jail is impossible, and medical care can be substandard. We are currently handling petitions in the Federal, State and Juvenile Courts, for incarcerated persons seeking early release from either pretrial detention or a sentence of imprisonment.
